The Scottish Earth Science Education Forum (SESEF) is an association of educators and scientists established to promote understanding of planet Earth in Scottish schools and colleges. An understanding of how planet Earth works should be an essential part of every young person's education and is necessary for the sustainability of Earth environments and resources.

Sesef have developed a number of resources for primary and secondary schools designed to help teachers to deliver the earth science experiences and outcomes in A Curriculum for Excellence.In order to promote life long learning sesef have also developed a number of outdoor Community Resources.

Sesef frequently organise CPD events for teachers, field trips for students and pupils and outdoor excursions for members of the teaching community, as well as for members of the public.
